Public Utility Company Rebates

The Energy Policy Act of 2005, or EPAct, offers commercial enterprises a one-time tax incentive for energy efficiency upgrades. EPAct allows for a maximum deduction of up too $1.80 per square foot and can offset upgrade costs significantly.
