There is and old saying that “time and unforeseen occurrences befall us all.” Unfortunately, that still holds true down to this day. Last week it literally hit home for a fellow window tinter named Brandon Arpkewhen his home in Wisconsin caught fire last week. Thankfully, his family is alive and well, however his business that he ran out of that home along with all of his personal belongings, those of his daughter and girlfriend were destroyed in the fire. Sadly, they lost their cat that was very dear to them to the fire so there is a lot of emotional damage as well as the obvious physical damage. Brandon’s insurance is not covering his needs so at the moment he is in need of help and support.
Happily, the window tinting community has come to the aid of Brandon and his family. A thread was started on Tintdude.com and many in that online community have rushed to the aid with donations of money, tools, and supplies so that Brandon can get back on his feet and care for his family. We here at Vision Quest Distributing are supporting the effort as well by donating window film and tools. Our employees are contributing to the relief fund that has been set up for Brandon and we are getting the word out through our blog so that others can contribute if they so desire. Our hearts go out to the family and we wish them all a speedy recovery.
If you would like to send money below is the contact information for the local credit union that has a fund set up in Brandon’s behalf.
